need to paint pilot house, install stero/gps etc which have already been purchased

purchase new engines and install

latest estimate is for engines (vsunaha 2501 x 2, controlls etc and install $37 000.00

Tubes are in fair shape

estimate 1 months lead time from date of approval.

Old engines could be used as spare parts for mid night.
