FW: Filing against Carlos Roman

Dear Jeff:

I am attaching an initial bill for the case I am going to file against Carlos Monday. I am sending an advance bill primarily because I don't want to be out too long on the filing fee and service of process charges (NY) that I will advance, and by the time I file, I'll have a few hours in.

If you have a "good" address for Carlos Roman, let me know. Please, don't talk with the NY office (or anyone, for that matter) about this, since I don't want Roman to stop answering his door or live at a friend's house for the next few weeks.

Carlos Roman was her boyfriend who was the owner of record on the fraudulent company Lightening printing opened in NY same name as a florida company so she used it to syphen off money. Carlos Roman is the father of her 2nd child.
