Since it appears that the deal in Argentina is not happening, and I know you are eager to sell the aircraft, I want to keep it on the market. I sent information packages to a number of people and hopefully I can generate a sale for you. Currently our Brokerage Agreement has expired. Therefore I need the attached agreement executed so I can go forward.

Please note I am advertising the aircraft for $12.5 million but I shall present any offers to you.

Howard and I spoke to Larry this morning, I thought Larry was reaching out to you. The bottom line is Sikorsky feels to be competitive the most they would offer you is a number in the 11.4 m range. Personally I think that is giving it away. I will find a buyer just may take a little time. What is the bottom line net number you want, I am advertising it at 12.5m...some resistance but no offers. I think we hold firm and wait until we get a firm offer then you can decide. It is not the market it was 2 years ago but it will sell.
