Attached please find DRAFTS of your Wills and Trusts. I tried my best to make them as simple as possible. Essentially, upon death all your assets arc distributed to the survivor. In the unlikely event, both of you were to die together. 1 have made provision that your assets got to your family members. Please review and we can talk next week. I am wailing for Jennies partnership agreement to review. Also, I need you to sign and return the Letter of Engagement I sent earlier. Have a good weekend.
