Yes customs and immigration. Airport is 7100+ long and 150 wide. Airport code RSD. Bumpy road to the property. Divoss of Amway owns Cape Eleuthera - which is terribly ugly. Cotton Bay resort started by Tripp of Pam Am now owned by Sarmiento is south of the airport. No infrastructure. You could do solar for electric with back up diesel. Desalinization for water. Cellular phone. Electricity in all of the Bahamas if always iffy anyway. Fantastic location as you can access the calmer waters of the leeward side of Eleuthera and the Atlantic to the east. Depth of water is very shallow - you need to dredge. I have a call into an engineer that has done most of the marina dredging and building in the islands. He is researching the project right now. A barge fully loaded could draft 10 to 12 ft.
