In order to get two condos at the Ritz I need to use my own membership and I just checked that I can get two for 11-15.. It will cost me effectively 220/night per condo.. which is a bargain.. I believe that one of the two can be paid for by credit card when I am there. There other I would have to arrange out of my membership.. Can you reimburse me directly for that one? I will wait until I hear from you before confirming, because once I do, I am committed.. Lawrence

I think we can reimburse you for the cost of the condos as it is about what we are paying on the hotel side for the rest of the participants. I have cc'd Jeffrey on this so that he is aware of this. Also, please let me know if the names you last sent me are confirmed or, better yet, please as Penelope to send the final list as I need to give it to the hotel.
