I'm of the understanding that you gifted Lady G2 to Brain Bates as part of a bonus.

Please note the boat is still registered to LSJ and we still pay the insurance. As indicated in a past conversation the condition of the boat is very poor and you requested that we dispose of it.

would you be OK with the transfer of title for Lady G2 from LSJ to Brian Bates and remove this boat from our insurance policy.
