The sellers are not thrilled, but will let the apartment go for $4,650,000. If this is acceptable to the Kogans we will go to contract. If not, then I have been instructed to reduce the price to $4,975,000 and open the opportunity at this price to other buyers.

Please let me know if we have an agreement at $4,650,000.

They rejected it they will put it on the market for 4.950 tomorrow and then game over u can not buy an apt in a half way decent bldg for 1000 a foot

its not heard of I think the play is we agree to the price get a contract and tie up the apt so she won't show it and then try for some concessions I found out today someone I know who lives there paid 2000 a ft
