I want to send another email to Stephen Wolfram's assistant, Ann. I called his office and I was told the best way to get a message to Ann and Wolfram is via the staff email address. May I say that you are friends with Wolfram? I want my email to get noticed! (on his web sight it says Stephen wolfram and his staff receive a large number of emails and can only respond directly to certain types of enquiries)
