We arc still negotiating with our bankers , but not successful ,it will be ideal if I can find a Uk bank to lend me as the interest I pay to my dubai bank is a lot

The hotel is doing very well.

I just managed to cancel the 15 year management contract with a Uk hotel operator who use to take £480,000/ year with zero efforts as most guests are hotel customers before I signed this management contract 4 years ago, so that is an additional £480,100 revenue per year , i have appointed a good hotel manager a year a go and she is doing a fantastic job she has increased the revenue and cut the costs, today we operate at 90% occupancy . she is opening a champagne caviar bar that will be attached to the main restaurant which should increase the revenue of the restaurant at night , again this champagne bar will be at no cost as we managed to get the champagne supplier to pay for all the construction and furnishing ,we also opened a cigar bar in the open courtyard that is very popular.
