Im not sure how we left the apt part of the conversation I am in a strange position and im not sure how you want to proceed I know when you feel weird but I don't want to loose this place, its to perfect. I also spoke to my lawyer and acct and they said we are making this much more difficult that need be. We can do it as a straight loan with no payment for 30 years and me paying the maintenance and fixing up the apt blah blah blah we will have no issue with anything tax wise. I have been jerking around the people for almost 2 months what do I do I can just tell them im not interested and move on...
