It was great meeting you again with Neal Sroka a few weeks back on the Panama project.
As I mentioned to you. I am working with the family who owns the Shinsegae Group on the development ofa luxury wellness/art/cultural destination in Seoul Korea. I have mentioned you to the client and they would be very interested in meeting you and visiting Core when they come out to NY for our final presentation on October 14-15. Do you have any availability during those days to meet? I will come back to them with your times. We should probably meet or talk before then so I can give you the full download.

My client from Korea who is developing a luxury wellness/cultural destination will be in town end of this week and would be very interested in meeting you and visiting Core Club.

So we are confirmed for I lam on Thursday! Thanks for accommodating on short notice. Here's a few background details for our meeting:
- The Project: The project is for the family dynasty that owns the Shinscgac Group in Korea. Shinsegac operates one of the largest department store chains in the world, based in Korea. as well as various businesses such as the Westin Chosun in Seoul. The family would like to develop an internationally renowned. wellness/arts/cultural destination in Seoul that would highlight Shinsegae's commitment to culture and promote it as a luxury lifestyle brand — think Prada Foundation meets Spa. While portions will be open to the public they want it to be largely club/membership based drawing from their VIP Shinsegae customers who spend several hundred thousands dollars a year + at the store. They are interested in operating partners to help them do this and this is where I thought
there might be some synergy with you. They have already purchased a site in one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Seoul that is also known as a high end arts district and are already in the process of securing major arts acquisitions and commissions for this project.
- The Client / Meeting Attendees:
Ms Chung - She is the key principal of the project and is the daughter of the Shinscgae Chairwoman, who is the head of the clan. Mr. Hyeuk-Goo Kweon - project manager Ms. Soo-Yeon Wee - project manager Mr. Danny Rhee - Ms Chung's translator
In terms of meeting agenda, they are really interested in learning about Core and your expertise in building and serving such a prestigious, "high touch" membership base. Ms Chung is a bit of a visionary and sees wellness as a way of life that incorporates learning, engagement, arts and culture. That is the paradigm she would like to create with the building. I think the target member psychographic is very similar to yours.
As Ms Chung is not comfortable speaking English the meeting will be in Korean-English. The translation tends to slow things up so I would reserve about 2 hours for this meeting if you can.
