His older brother is William Randolph Hearst III. his father was William Randolph. Jr. and his grandfather was THE CHIEF as in "Citizen Kane". He is on Forbes 500 or 100, whatever list...and climbs mountains and supports the Dali Lama too. He is cool and very fun. Grandfather had five sons. His father has two sons. Austin is worth halfofa fifth ofthe entire Hearst estate (Where Patty and Ann are worth a fifth of a fifth because they are one of five sisters.)
