Good thing you advised me against having Mike put my name on the 72 acres in Citrus Springs and instead got him to sign the confession of judgment. Citrus Springs Clerk just recorded the closing of a civil action by Stonegate Bank over there that recorded a judgment against him and Rowland for $452,304.92, and ordered the property sold at auction. (Rowland's the guy who went in for $200,000 and was put on the deed). Stonegate already got a judgment against Mike in Palm Beach for $200,000.00+. Mike is going to try to stick Rowland with the judgment by going bankrupt. Thank goodness I'm not on that deed! Am out my orginal $350,000.00, but I am not underneath this additional debt.
