FW: LSJ Conceptual Plans
Jeffrey,
Attached please find three conceptual plans for the Main Residence Pool Area. They represent what we discussed on the Island, with the exception that we moved the living room south of the pool, per your email and our conversation yesterday.
F1:
• The pool and deck are what we laid out while we were there.\
- We shined the west wall away from the main residence, and created the "hidden stair".
• We moved the Living Room to the south side of the pool, and maintained the two south "hidden stairs". The living room is at the same level as the pool deck, and would be partially hidden from view at the garden area. The two structures each side of the living room can be bathroom, shower, changing, treatment and storage/support.
• We addcd a covered salting area with operable shutters at the cast end of the pool.
• We stepped the terrace, similar to the Isola Bella images (reference image attached).
F2: This is the same as F1, except:
• We modified the south stairs and moved the support buildings next to Living Room.
• We also created a path through the terrace, so you can walk from the master bedroom to the pool, without going up to the terrace.
The third plan is the one 1 sent previously, with the Living Room on the east. We have not developed that one further, due to the Living room move.
Please review these and send me your comments.
Thanks,

nice progress.. it seems too many stairs, to be private at the pool lets modify.. no need for the symetrical stairs on fl , its only me and four other people.
Jeffrey,
Thank you for your comments. I have a couple of questions:
Is Fl the option you prefer? Are you ready for us to proceed in that direction?
I assume your comments about "too many stairs" are directed to the pool area (not the terrace). We could omit one of them.
Do you want access to the pool from the master bedroom, without going up to the terrace? We can incorporate that when we design the terrace area.
We are thinking about extending the northwest corner of the deck, and adding a hidden service stair down to the road. See attached.
Please see the questions I marked on Fl attached. Please remember, these are diagrammatic, and when we know which scheme you prefer, we can focus on the detailed design.
Thanks,
Warwick
