Re: declaration
Christof,
It is perfectly acceptable, and it should be on your Caltech letterhead and then it needs to be notarized.
Hopefully, this will end this horror. This document will not be used for any other purpose than as a confidential document to be seen by the judge and opposing counsel and the defendant Tom McIver.
It specifically is addressing points that McIver has disputed.
I will see you at 9:30.
Very appreciatively,
Al
AL„ I just spoke to Kosslyn said he does not know you. he may have received an email, and thought you might , only might have corresponded with a post doe of his nothing more, if that.
Kossyln and i were in correspondence, and he was particularly interested in a case involving a unique patient that I discovered who had no mind's eye and no inner voice, and we wanted to run some studies on her, as he is particularly interested in spatial imagery. Soon after he was one of the people at Harvard who received all this crap from McIver (i know this for a fact) but Kosslyn misremembered who I was. Funny, I still have the correspondence between us.... He just misremembered, and then got confused that I was some sort of crank after receiving tons of crap from Mciver. In fact, I think Kosslyn was in the audience when I gave an invited talk at Patrick Cavanaugh's class at Harvard.
