We are going to contract with Tom Hoch,the firm that did Zorro Ranch for us.

Doug is going to get with you to go over the few outstanding issues. When they are resolved please send the final plans and specs to me and Hoch.They are starting shop drawings and will be on island next week.

The banquette covering is a high priority to order as our dekvery time is 8 weeks!

Will circulate their shops when received.
