Hi Phil,

I hope all is well with you its been ages. but I know you and Seb are in touch. Below is a short note I wrote to our Governor regarding The Ilassel Island National Park, and the mission of the St Thomas historical trust, to make Hassel and its many attractions accessable to residents and visitors to enjoy.

To that end, I am engaging in field raising to help the trust accomplish its goals. and wanted to reach out to Mr Epstein. It would be wonderful if we could interest him in being a supporter ofHassel Island. I know you and he are friends, and I wondered if you could maybe put a feeler out to him. I would be happy to meet him with a fellow board member to make a short visual presentation on the rich maritime history of the island.

Your thoughts and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,

Dear Governor DeJongh,

Congratulations on your resounding victory! Those of us in the private sector look forward to supporting your efforts to expand the economy and improve the quality oflife in the Virgin Islands.

Ronnie S. Lockhart, Charles Consolvo, and I would like to make a short Historical Trust presentation to you on the Hassel Island Initiative. It is ow mission to preserve and protect the many cultural monuments that exist there, and to make

them available to residents and visitors to enjoy. The rich maritime history needs to be shared with the public, and the park attractions can and should be part of our tourism offering.

We need your support and that of your administration to make this dream possible. The board members look forward to meeting with you at your earliest convenience.

Our Executive Director, Debbie Avery, will call your staff to set up a meeting.

Sincerely

Filippo Cassinelli
