a) You will have an office

b) Will be for ny staff of 7-8 (DKI & HBRK only)

c) Time frame — Jan 2011

d) Total Annual Cost (Inc re taxes, cam, etc) — 300,000 — 350,000 (assumes 75-80 per sq ft ® 4000 sq feet)

is our old space still availble. ?? i want unusual.
