Re:Russian visa Cairo party on nov 11

do i need to get visa , ? I have a friend of putin,s , should i ask him?

My office can do it. I need a copy of your passport,after we issue your visa ,we will contact the agency in country where you stay and they take your passport and bring to Russian consulate,so you don't need to go there. Were are you will be for next 3days? we have a party on nov 11 in Cairo, want to invite you. My pa Svetlana Vlad
