was on a plane east with Frank Heidt -- Pablo? pal who is freakin' spectacular when it comes to security issues (global, financial) -- you may want to invite him to your january meeting.... I asked Pablos ifhe'd been in touch with you and he mentioned that he'll be seeing you in January.... Frank is AMAZING.

Spoke with Tom P -- and he mentioned that you were just in the middle cast doing interesting things... I'd love to hear more...

Just had a boatload of medical testing -- thyroid still WAY off, and VERY deficient in magnesium and glutathione and glutamine -- all tied to genetic variation — trying to get to the bottom of the food allergies and weight.... making some progress, finally.
