i expect your call this morning „ I will only agree as follows , 1 million to be paid by april 25. a note for 500, payable in three years but if 250 is paid in two , the note is forgiven. 500 service to include the installation of office cabinets and completion of that project. If you cannot perfom the 500k service, the balance will be due in cash at the end of five years.
