• Our loan has resulted in $430,000 in financing from Innovium to date and they expect to invest more in the coming weeks (downside is I/they don't know how much and by when); I also plan to put new pressure on Walnut, have some ideas

• We're in the middle of the sale process for ScienceBlogs, with binding offers due on July 15

• Thomson Reuters has expressed interest in the company and I am meeting with Tom Glocer on July 13

• Talking with Founders Fund/Peter Thiel re PLA.NET; going to San Francisco later this month

• We launch "Visualizing,org" in private beta this week -- our $1.2 million social data visualization platform developed with GE -- will send you a login

• We finish development on a major PLA.NET release in the next couple of weeks and will start taking it out on the road for demos in August

• We're expecting a proposal from McGraw-Hill -- they approached us -- to license our content for the higher education market

• We go to press with our first Seed book with HarperCollins in the next couple of weeks; just sold Korean rights today for $30K.

• Launching blogs from CERN, Brookhaven, SETI, Earth Institute, Weizmann, and Howard Hughes on ScienceBlogs tomorrow

Other than that... I'm drained from the Board stuff-- thinking about taking some time to reboot.
