I should have a mid year statement for you after the 4t° ofJuly. Things are going good. Actually, I am far from cool in Florida it is hotter than hell. I have rarely spent this much time here in the Summer. Probably will head to NY for spell in July and may actually want to seek your advice in a couple things moving forward.

We are trying diligently to do 20k per month but due to cash flow we cannot always do it at once and have to do multiple payments.

The balance on the loan as of today is $824,598.24
