I want to clarify what appears to be a miscommunication. This is not at all a question of whose perspective I want you to hear, Innovium vs. Walnut; of course you can gather all perspectives and formulate your own as part of your due diligence and I would be happy to facilitate any communication you seek. I raised this as an issue because of certain sensitivities and conditions expressed by Jeffrey that I want to make sure I abide by (as well as strategies that are already in motion). Let's discuss this on the phone in more detail.

Based on my previous email I think speaking with Walnut to hear their perspective is imperative

I know you said you were ok with this —just wanted to verify nothing has changed as Adam has inferred below

I find dealing with Adam very difficult has he is extremely childish and a terrible business man
