Hello Jeffrey. brother and his girlfriend will be coming to NY on July the 8th (next Thurs) for a month. is hoping they can stay in an apt. I have spoken with= and they could stay in 8A if ok with you.

So you know, 11B should be available soon... says It's coming along... Larry could stay there now but wouldn't put guests in there just yet...

and ION will be having some painting done but is available to guests...

Let me know if ok to put ████ brother and girlfriend in 8A for one month starting July $8^{th}$.
