Chad will prepare a doc that allows each of us to own 50 percent of everything the other has had, currently has and will have in the future .... Chad is getting CORE: operating agreement to determine best way to transfer interest .... Most likely is a holding company that D+J owns that will hold all equity of all companies ....
Chad will prepare 2 wills each naming the other as the sole beneficiary of the collective assets and will layer in a J commitment to continue paying 3 K a month to support Ds parents while they r alive if D predeceases J ....In the unlikely event that both of us pass on simultaneously Chad will write in 6 peeps who will inherit equally( again ONLY in the event BOTH D+J exit the planet at the same time ( These 6 peeps are placeholders ) D parents + Mark + Scott + J parents + Judy + Kristin ....
3.Chad will prepare does that we travel with so that there is always proof that we are USes with all US rights and priviledges...

Our very good friend recommended that when drafting the will instead of having the the named beneficiaries ofeach ofour respective wills be Jennie and Dangene as individuals we should make beneficiaries xyz trusts that each ofus owns so as not to create a public record ofour personal lives ....Chad - call me if this is unclear

Your instructions yesterday was to make it simple. The Will is a public record when it is filed upon death. Arc you saying that if someone searches the Will at Sunogates Court, that you do not want them to know that Dangene is your beneficiary? Please let me know if you want me to prepare Wills or Wills and Trusts.
