Would it still be possible to proceed with the overhead deal without projections?

• The company I've been negotiating with (Red Crown) has thrown a lawyer in the mix that's made an easy deal to close far to complicated and more like indentured servitude than financing or pannership.

I'll still try to make it work but its been rough.
