Hi Peggy

Last Tuesday, June 10, your brother's lawyer advised us that the accountant had transmitted drafts of the accounting and that she would be reviewing when she returned to the office this week. She was out last week due to a death in her family. I followed up with her by e-mail this morning figuring that she has now had a few days this week to review the accountings and correct any errors.

As soon as I receive a response I will let you know.

By the way, I only remove Jeff from the reply to the e-mails because it is necessary to preserve the attorney-client privilege.

Your brother's lawyer called me this afternoon to tell me that they are continuing to work with the accountant and that she expects to have information to us next week.
