We asked Reefco (Anna said that they did work on the Island) to take a look at =he mold issue. Dave, from Reefco said that the mold is in the walls of two offices (Jeanne and mine) and that at least the top half of the sheet =ock in each office will need to be removed, cleaned and replaced. He =dvised us to keep our doors open until the problem is fixed. Your office and =na's office has some moisture mold on the interior walls due to the AC and that can =e remedied by wiping the walls down with a special solution.

We are hoping that one or two of the workers on the Island would be able to remove and replace the dry wall, if it's ok with you. Reefco will come in =fterwards to remove and mitigate and their estimate is $3,476.50 (see =ttachment). Let me know if you approve.

i am not sure how the lease reads but shouldn't this =e at the expense of landlord (AYH)? please =dvise thank you
