Yep. The stars are lining up for trouble across a nu=ber of dimensions. Just back from China. Very interesting meet=ngs. They believe they have the tools to manage their economy. I pit=hed that economies are now so interdependent that managing their own is necessary but not sufficient to assure domestic stab=lity.

Rahm needs to be beyond bold. H= is on the verge of losing the city (think Baltimore). I'm tal=ing on the scale of declaring curfews and enforcing it. He won't do it. Ken is an interesting guy. Very smart. = A bit like Summers in the sense of awkward social skills. &nbs=; He is building a sustainable business model that doesn't require b=ing smart every day. Lots of turnover at Citadel, but that may be mo=e at the trading desks where points of profit are in play. Ken is a=l in, all of the time. In my view, he was very decent in the divorce=drama and is someone who prides himself on civic engagement and keeping hi= word.
