The simple solution for this is, bury lids and when it's time to clean out tanks (3-5 years) we simply uncover, pump out and relay sod.

I have arranged for some guys next week to fix existing wall and to do a mock up wall using rock from the ranch.

I will need Francisco (Grader Guy) back for final grade, and trucks for dirt/rocks to complete eastern edge of garden and final grade,

How would you like to proceed, move forward with present design or entire design back approx 5 feet
