Sorry to hear that...hopefully when it's done it will feel like an update or at least smth new, which is always nice (I bought a home in Cape Town a few years ago a re-did the whole thing). Anna is in another world, her last 2 boyfriends have been younger than her, very atypical especially for a Russian/Ukranian. Not sure what's going on in her head...and her mother is really controlling, they're kind of an inseparable unit, so I gave up.

Re: the magazines, you were right would have been a terrible investment. Even owning a majority share the direction would still be controlled by Paris and it seems like the Brazilian mag is running more for prestige or to attract foreign investment than to make $. But I did manage to get in with the guy that oversees everything in SP and we worked out a deal where I can send him models and give him $ for each girl. Seemed like the way to go...
