Hebrew University President Meets with Pope Francis

On January 26, 2015, Hebrew University of Jerusalem President, Professor Menahem Ben-Sasson and Chairman of the Hebrew University's Board of Governors, Mr. Michael Federmann, led an international delegation to the Vatican and spoke with Pope Francis. Professor Ben-Sasson stated that an important way to fight Anti-Semitism was by supporting global scientific progress.
