i fully understand, I can always buy it from the foundation? I am aware of the cost to rebuild, similar to the chateau I am looking at in France and the country home in the UK. however those costs are as you are aware are totally irrelevant to the current market prices. I have not reached out to Mr kiss either because I know it is emotional and I am sympathetic to his views. I would send you a contract at 20 million but I do not want to upset him, I don't think it will sell for more than that. ever.
