peter hiebert and winston and strawn, nick denovio at Latham and watkins will be involved in the repatriation project. I need a contract that lays out no matter which entity, stc the govt, any newly formed entity etc that is a result of this project is a 70 30 split.

i told them that you are the only one i know who has the knowledge. they are excited. kathy ruemmler is former white house counsel.

Amy and I are meeting with all fed agencies right after Memorial Day about docks and cables.
