I will be in Paris for the next two weeks. I'm sorry, it seems I was unclear about what I thought might be helpful. I certainly do not have any product to sell or brilliant structure to propose. Financial solutions are tailored to specific needs and requirements. It is as if you asked a doctor what medicine you should take before he examines you. :) It is obvious that your country has at least a stomach ache, if not a more serious fundamental disorder. I am well aware that in your world I am not the only one that has solutions. What I suggested was that I more fully understand the thinking of the people in charge so that I can present constructive alternatives.
