hes wrong, there is no waves it is the most protected. he said something about waves from the west. . almost never. ?

I just wanted to confirm that you're good with Mr Bateman's final designs. I want to finish up permit documents so we can submit right after the first of the year.

John said the same thing it seems kind of odd the location should be well protected due the position of small cay. I'll look at wave profiles and speak to him.

Waves from the west would have to go through St. Thomas and if they come from the southwest the cay is in the way, it's a very protected area.
