Jeffrey - thanks for your note and thanks for your continued friendship to my uncle and your concerns. I'm pretty sure I respond to all your emails but if I have missed one I apologize. With respect to your request re: philanthropic support by Mort to your program, I had indicated that it was something that he/we would consider in time as Mort determines his holistic philanthropic approach and desires and the formalization of that. On another front, I am not aware of the uncovering of the financial errors but do know that any of the suggestions of your advisors had been previously considered or previously implemented by Mort's lawyers and financial advisors. Regardless, I am not interested in nor is it appropriate to go back and forth, as I am appreciative of your sincere support of my uncle.
