Since you guys are in Hawaii and we're here in the Caribbean would you find it difficult?

This is their response.
Mike,
Not at all:) As you may know, we do projects all over the world. Since everything is done electronically, we use a shared screen, via Skype calls to view work in progress....which is as effective as being in person.
Michael would want to come see the property and meet in person and can visit whenever you wish, although even site inspections can be done via Facetime.
This works quite efficiently!
