Abel: pls review your files to find the comple=e BRH 2009 K-1 to portal – The adobe file you sent me
looks to be mi=sing a page. I got a new copy from Apollo. Based on my initial=inspection, REM did not report the QEF
income in 2009 (initial year of ownership) from BRH. This makes all of the QEF posi=ions held by BRH “unpedigreed” and
this subject to Section &nb=p;1291. If you think Apollo tax gave you incomplete K-1 pls let me k=ow thanks
