Dear Jeffrey,

In principle I'd love to come and visit you and Misha in Paris. But, alas, looking at my diary every single day during that period I have at least one commitment which would be very hard to change. If by any chance you are coming to London, I'd be very happy to meet here, and indeed would love to visit you in Paris as well, but if you can give me a bit more notice it would be easier to keep a day free.
