I apologize for not getting back to you. We are =ut doing the final ROV work for the cables in the deeper areas and are out=from about 630 until 630.

We are preparing to finalize the EAR for the cables. we are pres=nting to DPNR and COE at their meeting on the 21st and then submitting the=same day.

I will =ry to call you from out on the boat, but its windy right now.

If it helps, I will redesign the system. This invol=es a complete redesign of the switchgear and the addition of step up trans=ormers. With all of that said, you will be able to to the design as reques=ed and use the generators to back up both islands. Additionally, I believe=you will save some money.

I will, however, send y=u an addendum for this design because it is quite detailed and a significa=t amount of additional work.
