Is Israeli violating the status-quo by installing metal detectors on the Temple Mount?
Since 1967, the Temple Mount has often been a flashpoint for violence. On July 14, 2017, two Israeli policemen were murdered by Israeli Arab terrorists at the entrance to the Temple Mount. In response, Israel installed metal detectors. Subsequently, Muslim protesters attacked Israeli police trying to maintain order and to ensure the safety of all worshipers.
