Main Distribution Pumps
New Skid ordered, estimated delivery, last week of May, 3 day install.
Present status, have one pump running, manual operation only.
I can not control the cooling tower makeup water cycles therefore only have poolpak online to lessen demand on cooling tower.
All other heat pumps are off.
Irrigation is running. I can not guarantee how long this motor will last.

Ordered, expect delivery date estimated first week of June

Sourced material to construct furniture, it appears it will be more economic to purchase rather than make "in house" will have firm numbers Wed

Bunkhouse windows and doors have been ordered, install scheduled for last week of June Lodge Deck Roof, install scheduled for the 18th May, 3 days work.
LV Tennis Court resurface, Scheduled for after Memorial Weekend, need warmer dryer weather pattern

Workshop and wash bay interior completed Pole Barn and Eves of Workshops completion this week Picket Fences/Fence Line - RC & LV, need warmer temps and consistence weather pattern, Estimate starting next week if possible.

Landscaping
Hydroseeder, ordered awaiting delivery date confirmation, estimated mid June Seed is on sight Laying of Sod Pool area, completion 1 May, Westwind Landscape Con will be submitting proposal for Log Cabin today, Planter Beds MH due Wednesday.
Lindens for Chess Set area to be picked up this week Still sourcing large cottonwoods for RC LV spring cleaning, mulch and irrigation repairs completed.
