Salary = $225,000
Health Insurance - full reimbursement paid by LSJE LLC
Vacation - 6 weeks
Cell Phone & Food - paid by LSJE LLC
Moving expenses - paid by LSJE LLC
Severance - 3 months
Loans - will be reviewed after 6 months employment
Start date - June 5th (move to occur after memorial day) or sooner
