thank you for your time yesterday. No rush in the middle of your holiday. I am very familiar with the emotion of property and the role it plays in a widow's life. I might propose that the madam can use the property for the two to three years during its renovation, I could work around her travel schedule with mine. she would have full access to her house. I would stay at a hotel during the construction period; this way she has sold it, but still "owns" it.
