Thank you for getting back to me regarding Mr. Epstein'= property manager position. As discussed I have another offer pending =nd I am doing my best to hold off making a decision, as my first choice =s with Mr. Epstein. I do understand that this individual doesn't =ant to loose their second candidate as the second candidate also has =nother offer and they do not want to have to start their search =ver.
I want to be clear that I am not trying to pressure anyone =nto making a decision in hiring me. As you know these positions are far =nd few between and even though I am currently employed I must find a =ore positive environment to function in for the long term. Please thank =ichard for his upmost professionalism in my review process and working =long side Richard will be an honor.
I have reservations about presenting the other offer without =earing an offer from Mr. Epstein; but in good faith I will disclose the =nformation as requested.
Offer on the table — Estate Manager/5 similar properties/USA and =urope
- Salary $220k / 3% to 6% increase per year based upon performance/pro-rated for first year
- Bonus - 15% to 28% based upon performance/pro-rated for first year
- Health/dental/100% coverage for family
- Employer Matching 401k
- $6,500 per month for housing/parking/utilities — base in NYC/lower west side
- Relocation/moving up to $15k
- Reimburse all travel expenses/company cc provided
- Spouse can travel with me — We pay air and meals
- (4) weeks paid vacation, (6) sick days, holidays — New Years, Memorial Day, 4th July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas/vacation or holiday worked I will receive a check for vacation or holiday
