These allegations were made in a case file in 2008 between the Government and individuals who claim that the govt violated their crime victim rights. Jeffrey Epstein is not a party in these proceedings. Mr. Epstein received a Non-Prosecution Agreement that he has fully honored. He has moved on with his life and has devoted significant time and resources over the last several years to funding scientific research. The allegations raised in the most recent legal filing are old, and easily discredited. They have been specially designed solely to generate as much tabloid publicity as possible. Frankly and unfortunately it appears they have been successful in that regard.
