Where is their "best" stroke and neurovascular center?

I want to keep up affiliation and weekend rounds or something. Big my neurol=gy chairman and neurosurgery chairman will help me get visiting status whenver I go (Dubai) but we can't figure out where is best? We do know that the=e is supposedly the highest per capita neurovascular disease in the world i= that region!

And I will be there in July looking around. Start job either October or Janu=ry. The foundation needs me to do something that will make things a bit bet=er for me in the long term. They will fly out 3 senior leaders Tuesday to m=et with me. Need this. Haven't told them but have told Jim.
